Judges provided by the Oklahoma Lottery Commission will select three (3) dogs and three (3) cats per week to be represented as finalists on the Oklahoma Lottery Facebook page. Fans of the page will have approximately one week to vote on the winning dog and the winning cat for that week.

Each of the thirty (30) finalist pre-selected by the Oklahoma Lottery will receive a $100 PetSmart gift card.
