$1 MILLION POWERBALL PRIZE IS CLAIMED
Lucky Stars Trust is the 20th Millionaire from the Oklahoma Lottery
The $1 million winning Powerball ticket, from the Aug. 8th drawing, was claimed
at Lottery headquarters yesterday by William Henley, attorney-at-law, acting as Trustee
for the Lucky Stars Trust.
The winning Powerball ticket successfully matched five of five white balls, which is a $1 million prize. After taxes, the Lucky Stars Trust received $710,000.
The winning ticket was purchased at Eastside 66 located at 3600 East Lee Blvd. in Lawton.
Oklahoma has had four Powerball jackpot winners and the prize payment to the Lucky Stars Trust was the 20th prize of $1 million or more paid by the Oklahoma Lottery.
