Powerball Jackpot Increases to $500 Million
Estimated $327 Million Cash Value

The Powerball jackpot for Wednesday’s drawing, Nov. 28, has increased to $500 million!  The estimated cash value of the jackpot is $327 million.

This jackpot is the largest Powerball prize ever offered. The previous jackpot record in Powerball was a $365 million prize won in February 2006 by eight co-workers at a Nebraska meatpacking plant.

Players have until 8:59 p.m. on Wednesday to purchase tickets for the drawing. Powerball drawings are held on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 9:59 p.m.
