Tulsa Resident Claims $1 Million Powerball Prize
OKLAHOMA CITY (July 16, 2013) – Tulsa resident,
Oklahoma has had four Powerball jackpot winners and this prize payment to Beckert is the 29th prize of $1 million or more from the Oklahoma Lottery.
Alan Beckert, came forward today at Lottery headquarters to claim the $1 million winning Powerball ticket from Saturday night’s drawing.
Beckert selected the winning numbers using the Easy Pick method and successfully matched five of five white balls, which is a $1 million prize.
After taxes, Beckert received a check for $710,000. He currently plans to invest his winnings for his families’ future.
The winning ticket was purchased from a Player Central Terminal at Food Pyramid located at 3915 S. Peoria in Tulsa. Player Central Terminals are self-service lottery machines.
