$2 Million Powerball Ticket Sold in Shawnee
Lottery Seeks State’s Newest Millionaire

OKLAHOMA CITY (Dec. 22, 2014) - Christmas came early for a lucky, lottery player in Saturday night’s Powerball drawing. The Oklahoma Lottery is seeking the owner of a Powerball $2 million winning ticket from the December 20th drawing. The winning ticket was purchased at Red Ball Party Shop located at 1527 N. Kickapoo in Shawnee.

The winning numbers for the drawing were 14, 15, 19, 31 and 56. The Powerball number was 5.

The winner successfully matched five of five white balls winning $1 million but because they added the Powerplay feature for an additional $1 the prize doubled to $2 million.

This is the 42nd time a winner in Oklahoma has won a prize of $1 million dollars or more. Four of those winners have been lucky enough to hit the Powerball jackpot since the Oklahoma Lottery’s launch.

Winners have 180 days from the day of the drawing to claim their prize at the Oklahoma Lottery Headquarters, located at 3817 N. Santa Fe in Oklahoma City.
