Jackpots Increase for Powerball and Mega Millions
Yukon Man Claims $1 Million Powerball Prize

OKLAHOMA CITY (Feb. 10, 2014) - Both the Powerball and Mega Millions jackpots increased over the weekend to high levels.

The Mega Millions jackpot for Tuesday night’s drawing has reached $122 million.  The estimated cash value of the jackpot is $67.3 million. Players have until 8:59 p.m. Tuesday to purchase tickets for the drawing.

The Powerball jackpot for Wednesday’s drawing is at $284 million. The estimated cash value of the jackpot is $162.7 million. Players have until 8:59 p.m. Wednesday to purchase tickets for the drawing.

With the both the Mega Millions and Powerball jackpots over $100 million, the Oklahoma Lottery is encouraging everyone to play responsibly.

Oklahoma’s Newest Millionaire
Evan Fairchild, of Yukon, came forward today at Lottery Headquarters to claim a $1 Million Powerball prize from Saturday night’s drawing.

The ticket was purchased at Homeland located at 11241 W. Reno in Yukon. Since its launch, the Oklahoma Lottery has had four Powerball jackpot winners and 39 prizes of $1 million or more.
