Press Release

Kenneth W. Juby, a part-time farmer and lumber deliveryman from Sperry, Oklahoma, won $10,000 on Aug. 11 with a Powerball ticket printed by mistake in the store where he works: Hometown Lumber Inc., located at 220 N. Highway 11 in Sperry.
Juby said that because he’s an employee, he ends up purchasing tickets that he mistakenly prints.  He plans to use the prize money for a down payment on cattle or a tractor.
Juby has played the Lottery since it came to Oklahoma.  He plays every draw and uses Easy Pick to select his numbers.  He said he has previously won a couple hundred dollars playing Powerball and regularly wins $500 playing Oklahoma Cash 5.
Net proceeds of all Lottery games are used to support improvements and enhancements for Oklahoma education.  More than $136 million has been contributed to education since November 2005.
