Oklahoma Lottery Seeking TWO Winners!
Winning Tickets Sold in Maysville and Tahlequah
Oklahoma City, Okla. (Feb. 28, 2011)—The Oklahoma Lottery is seeking the owners of two winning Powerball tickets from the Saturday, February 26 drawing. The winning tickets were worth $50,015 and $50,000.
About the Oklahoma Lottery
Net proceeds of all Lottery games are used to support improvements and enhancements for Oklahoma education. More than $380 million has been contributed to education since November 2005 with funds directed to common education, career and technical education and to the higher education capital bond issue through the Oklahoma Education Lottery Trust Fund (OELTF). The Oklahoma Legislature appropriates the OELTF. Proceeds are used statewide to supplement existing funds for a variety of important education purposes, including: teacher compensation and benefits, early childhood development programs, college scholarships, classroom technology and construction of educational facilities.
