Highest Prize Won Since Mega Millions Launch 10 Days Ago
Oklahoma City (Feb. 10, 2010) – Jeffery Haff of Claremore has claimed a winning Mega Millions ticket worth $250,000! This is the first Mega Millions win in Oklahoma to hit five of five white balls just missing the mega ball number. He bought his winning ticket from Kum & Go #840 at 1100 N. Lynn Riggs in Claremore.
“I’m extremely excited!” he said. “Winning hasn’t sunk in yet.”
Haff saw the winning numbers on the news this morning and then checked the Oklahoma Lottery website. He had received his winning numbers through Quick Pick. When he realized he had won, he started shouting.
