LAWTON RESIDENT WINS $30K PLAYING “BIG MONEY”
Rebekah Duvall Wins $30,000

Rebekah Duvall, a resident of Lawton, Oklahoma, won $30,000 on Jan. 10 playing The Oklahoma Lottery’s Big Money Scratcher.

She plans to pay for college with the winnings, and will pursue a degree in computer animation.

The winning ticket was purchased at EZ Go, located at 2401 N.W. Cache Rd. in Lawton. Duvall typically purchases tickets at this location because it’s close to her home.

Duvall has played the Lottery occasionally since it launched in Oklahoma.

Net proceeds of all Lottery games are used to support improvements and enhancements for Oklahoma education.  More than $169 million has been contributed to education since November 2005.

Proceeds are used statewide to supplement existing funds for a variety of important purposes, including: teacher compensation and benefits, early childhood development programs, college scholarships, classroom technology and construction of educational facilities.
