$800K WINNING POWERBALL TICKET SOLD IN MOUNDS
$10,000 Winners in Warr Acres and Goldsby
The Oklahoma Lottery is looking for the owner of a Powerball ticket worth $800,016 purchased at Tiger’s Country Store in Mounds, Oklahoma.
The winning ticket correctly matched all five regular numbers, missing only the Powerball. The Power Play multiplier was also purchased.
The numbers drawn Saturday were 4, 11, 16, 33, 40, and the Powerball was 9. The Power Play multiplier was 4.
Oklahoma also had two $10,000 winners who have not yet claimed their prizes. The tickets were purchased at Homeland #222, located at 5857 Northwest Expressway in Warr Acres, and at Goldsby Store, 434 W. Interstate Drive in Goldsby, Oklahoma.
Winners have 180 days from the Saturday, Jan. 5, drawing to claim their prize at Lottery Headquarters, 3817 N. Santa Fe in Oklahoma City.
The Powerball jackpot for Wednesday night’s drawing has grown to an estimated $71 million.
Net proceeds of all Lottery games are used to support improvements and enhancements for Oklahoma education. More than $160 million has been contributed to education since November 2005.
Proceeds are used statewide to supplement existing funds for a variety of important purposes, including: teacher compensation and benefits, early childhood development programs, college scholarships, classroom technology and construction of educational facilities.
