$32M POWERBALL PRIZE IS CLAIMED
The End of the Rainbow Trust Accepts Winnings
OKLAHOMA CITY (Jan. 15, 2010) - The Oklahoma Lottery announced the $32 million winning Powerball ticket, from Nov. 21, 2009, has been claimed. The End of the Rainbow Trust has come forward as the beneficiary, with Richard Craig, serving as the trustee. Craig is an attorney with the law firm of McAfee & Taft in Oklahoma City.
The End of the Rainbow Trust requested the lump-sum payment option and will receive $11.8M after taxes.
The winning jackpot ticket was sold at Kwik Chek #38 located at 505 S. Garfield in Kiowa, Okla.
The End of the Rainbow Trust is the fourth Powerball Jackpot winner in Oklahoma since the launch of Powerball in January 2006. Other jackpot winners include the Zorro Trust from July 2008 winning $85M, Don and Joyce Harvey from June 2007 winning $105.8M and WJW Investment Trust from June 2006 winning $101.8M.
The Powerball numbers drawn on November 21, 2009, were 7, 26, 36, 49 and 58. The Powerball number was 4.

Net proceeds of all Lottery games are used to support improvements and enhancements for Oklahoma education. More than $310 million has been contributed to education since November 2005 with funds directed to the higher education capital bond issue and funds directed to the Oklahoma Education Lottery Trust Fund (OELTF).
