BROKEN ARROW WOMAN WINS $10K POWERBALL PRIZE

Latasha Love-Ingram, a Broken Arrow resident, won $10,000 playing Powerball from the June 27th drawing. This was the second time she had ever played Powerball.
Latasha purchased her winning ticket at Quick Trip # 33 in Broken Arrow, and used Easy Pick to select her numbers. She plans to pay bills with the winnings.
Powerball drawings are held Wednesdays and Saturdays. Tickets may be purchased until 8:59 p.m. the evening of the drawing. The Powerball jackpot is currently $36 million.
Net proceeds of all lottery games are used to support improvements and enhancements for Oklahoma education.
More than $125.4 million has been contributed to education since November 2005.
