BLANCHARD WOMAN ON GOOD LUCK STREAK
Wins $30,000 Playing Crown Jewel 7s Scratcher
Oklahoma City (June 2, 2009) – Kellsey Wallis is enjoying a run of good fortune. She recently won $30,000 playing the Oklahoma Lottery’s Crown Jewel 7s Scratcher. Wallis had previously won $40 while her fiancé, Joe Thompson, won $100.
The couple began playing the Lottery a month ago when a mutual friend won $1,500.
“We’ve only spent about $20 out of pocket,” said Wallis, who purchased her winning ticket at Tri City Mart, 833 NW 32nd St., in Newcastle.
Wallis plans to use her winnings toward the couple’s upcoming wedding.
