ATOKA RESIDENT WINS $10,000 PLAYING BLACK GOLD SCRATCHER
Oklahoma City (June 4, 2009) – Rusty Vercher of Atoka feels like he struck gold as a recent winner of $10,000 playing the Oklahoma Lottery’s Black Gold Scratcher. He purchased his winning ticket from Noel’s #20, 101 S. Mississippi, in Atoka.
A regular player, Vercher shops at Noel’s because of the variety of tickets the store offers—and he already has plans for his new cash.
“I think I’ll buy a car and then buy birthday presents for my son in Texas,” Vercher said.
