WATONGA RESIDENT WINS PLAYING HOT LOTTO WITH SIZZLER
Oklahoma City (March 4, 2009) – Franklin Cook of Watonga won $1,500 playing Hot Lotto with Sizzler. He purchased his winning ticket at F Stop, Highway 33 and Russworm Drive, in Watonga.
Cook said he regularly buys his tickets at this location because he thinks the clerk has a knack for giving him lucky tickets.
“I had to look at the ticket four different times to believe I had won,” said Cook.
For now, he plans to use his winnings toward buying new tires for his truck.
