MUSKOGEE WOMAN WINS TOP PRIZE PLAYING LOTTERY SCRATCHER
Wins $17,000 Playing Emerald Green 7s
Oklahoma City (March 12, 2009) – Rosina Harris thought she needed to have her eyes checked when reading $17,000 on her winning Emerald Green 7s Scratcher.
“I thought I wasn’t seeing right,” said Harris. She had to walk to different lighting to make sure she was reading her ticket correctly.
Harris purchased her winning ticket at the Kum and Go at 3450 E. Shawnee in Muskogee, a place she regularly shops. She said she hasn’t figured out how she will spend the money because she’s still in shock that she won.
Harris plays the Lottery knowing that she’s helping support Oklahoma education.
