CHOCTAW RESIDENT SCORES 10K PLAYING OKC THUNDER SCRATCHER
Oklahoma City (March 12, 2009) – Terry Ralls of Choctaw made a slam dunk when he scratched his way to $10,000 playing the OKC Thunder Scratcher.
Ralls, a regular Lottery player, enjoys playing Scratchers and Powerball. He purchased his winning ticket at 2-Convenience Store at 19001 NE 23 in Harrah.
A business owner, Ralls was in his truck with a few employees when he scratched the card and realized he had won. Everyone was surprised. For now, he plans to keep his options open on how he’ll spend his unexpected winnings.
