Oklahoma Lottery’s Fun in the Sun Promotion Grand Prize
Judy and Norman Spearman won Summer Vacation

Oklahoma City (May 8, 2009) – Judy and Norman Spearman of Wilburton are looking forward to a relaxing vacation as winners of the Oklahoma Lottery’s Fun in the Sun Promotion. The Spearmans have a $2,000 vacation voucher at their disposal along with $1,000 of spending money—to cover taxes and, of course, a few cheesy souvenirs.
“We were so excited,” said Judy Spearman. She had entered the tickets for the drawing using her name and her husband’s name. It was Norman’s ticket that was the winning draw.
“I didn’t even know she had entered me in the contest,” said Norman. “I was a little confused when we received the call that we had won. I’ve never won anything before.”
The Spearmans are one of five vacation winners out of more than 66,000 entries submitted.
The winning entry ticket was purchased at E-Z Mart #514, 639 Penn Ave. in Hartshorne. They haven’t decided yet where they will travel.
