ELK CITY MAN WINS $20K FOR RETIREMENT PLAYING POWERBALL
Raymond Garner Powerball Winner

Raymond Garner, of Elk City, Oklahoma, won $20,000 on Nov. 3 playing Powerball.  He plans to put the money into savings for retirement.
 
Garner has played the Lottery occasionally since it began in Oklahoma. “It is fun to play the Lottery!” he said.
 
The winning ticket was purchased at E-Z Mart #522, located at 301 W. U.S. 270 in Alderson, Oklahoma.
 
Net proceeds of all Lottery games are used to support improvements and enhancements for Oklahoma education.  More than $154 million has been contributed to education since November 2005.
