OKLAHOMA CITY (August 31, 2017) - Richard Quiroz of Murfreesboro, AR won $40,000 on the new Lucky Red 7s Scratcher from the Oklahoma Lottery.
The winning ticket was purchased at Kwik Chek at 102 S Hwy 78 in Foods Achille, OK.

The Oklahoma Lottery has sent more than $750 million to education since it began in 2005, but its performance has been declining – particularly in comparison to other state lotteries – because of an ineffective profit requirement that would be replaced under HB 1837.
Net proceeds of all Lottery games are used to support improvements and enhancements for Oklahoma education. Since the Lottery’s inception, more than $808 million has been contributed to education.
