HOW TO ENTER

• Open the Oklahoma Lottery app and tap the Players Club tab.
  
  
• Select Promotions, then choose the Bloom Into $10K.
  
  
  
• Tap Spend Points — each entry is 30 points. Use the up arrow to select the number of entries you'd like, then tap OK to lock it in.
